C1 slowing down, tethered Canon 1D MKIV
Shooting tethered to an iMac (10.😎, latest 7.x version of C1 and a Canon 1D MKIV and the software starts to slow down and lags. No other applications running in the background or other processes going on. A restart solves it for a short while and then it starts to lag once again. Scrolling, enlarging the viewer or anything takes a couple of seconds and is soloed to respond to inputs.
Funny thing is we can shoot all day with a 1DX or 5D MKIII without ANY issues whatsoever. Could it be just this camera, computer and software combination?
I don't have an issue with this camera on my location Macbook Pro, although the software is more up to date than the iMac.
The iMac is in a studio I work at times so I'm not able to update the OS.

We have seen this on some version of Capture One 7 which was a issue how it managed the session/catalog file.
This was resolved with Capture One 7.2.40 -
