Media Pro crash when converting .cr2 to jpg

Yea, so Media Pro crashes and has to be force quit when I tried to convert a .cr2 to jpg. This works fine with the predecessor expressions. When it crashes there is no error message, just an empty window where an error message would normally be found.

help?
