new captureONE pro (3.7.6) doesn't load...
i installed the new version yesterday (3.7.6), used it and all was fine. that said, today it won't even load and i had to force quite? not sure what's going on?
thinking that it had something to do with the queu, i held the Shift key while i tried to start the software but nothing? i also tried to start up the older version (3.7.5) but nothing happened and i had to force quite...
any suggestions?

Is there any message in the Console? (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app).
Have you tried to start Capture One from another user account? In this case, it'll start up in demo mode but it might help you to see if user related preferences are corrupted or if the issue is more serious. Also, have you tried to re-install Capture One?0 -

i checked in the console and the only msg stated that the program "terminated unexpectedly". yes, i have tried loading the program from both the generic user + the administrator and no luck. i uninstalled the program, and when i tried to reinstall it a window opened indicating that the program has unexpectedly terminated...
anything else to try?0 -
Well, I'm running out of suggestions but have you tried to repair disk permissions and verify your disk integrity with the Disk Utility application? 0 -
hey, no i haven't looked at the disk intergrity yet. i still think that it has somethiing to do with numerous items in the queue? or, i know that there is a file that i can delete somewhere to reset everything... do you know of either?

sounds like a corrupted batch queue
Quit Capture One.
Open the Home Account folder located in the Users folder. Then navigate to Library/Application Support/Phase One.
In your version- the folder is called Batch Queue. Open up the folder and move all the files you find inside to Trash folder. restart.
if problem persists- please create a support case www.phaseone.com- navigate to support and create a support case.
