Colour Cast Removal, Lens Movements

When I bought my P65+ included was a translucent plastic screen to be used in conjunction with the feature in Capture One to remove colour casts from lenses that have been titled or shifted.

I've got a couple of lenses where the plastic screen is only just big enough to cover the lens, does anyone know what the screen is made of and if it's possible to buy a slightly bigger version?

  You can use almost any white translucent material you like. Even bright white (thin) paper given you have enough light (and you really don't have other options).
  
  An important detail is that it needs to be frosted on the side that faces towards the lens. If it is glossy, you could have reflection-issues.
