is there a way to make a custom install?

Hi
is there a way to make a custom install?

capture one 5 installs a service (i guess for tethered shooting & to download pics from my camera or Cf memory card)

i don't need it , i mean i don't need tethered shooting & download pics with capture one

  I am not aware of a custom install. By the way: What is the name of the service?

  i guess capture.exe ,but did you run on windows
  on xp sp3 it did install a service
  
  it's easy give a look at the taskmanager

  Are you sure you don't mix services with processes? The Task Manager shows processes, not services (yes, the processes which are related to services, but also the processes related to applications). CaptureOne.exe is a processes related to Capture One 4 or 5 and you find this process in Task Manager when you start the application. When you close the Capture One 4/5, the CaptureOne.exe process disappears in the Task Manager.
  
  If you would like to view services and their status on your system, I advise to use the Services tool from the Administrative Tools or type services.msc in a run box.

  i don't mix process and service
  I have in xp sp3 32bit
  
  1) captureone.exe -->the program
  2) captureprocess.exe -->the service
  3) imgcoreprocess --> service
  
  could you check up?
  
  
  is there a way to comunicate with the team , i mean capture one 5 pro is not cheap
