Capture one 8.2 freezes my computer

    Hi,

    is this your first installation of Capture One? Because I weren't asked about which version. Haven't you problems with 8.02 or 8.1.1?

    Do you run the program in trial mode? The question of Express, Pro and so on is typical for trial mode welcome screen.

    Hi,

    I am installing this as an upgrade to CO 8.1. I was running CO Pro for Sony 8.1.

    I installed the upgrade, rebooted and tried to start CO, it crashed almost immediately. I tried again and it immediately crashed. I rebooted Windows 8.1 a few times and CO would finally would start and go to the point where it asked me which version I was using. Then it froze the computer and that is where I am now.

    Hi Don, sorry to hear about your issues. I think it is best to ask Phase One support to assist you. They can help with the crash logs.

    Hi,

    I uninstalled CO 8.2, erased the folder it was in, downloaded CO 8.2 again and installed it again. It is now working
