Adding only specific files to a C1 session from Lightroom
Hi,
Assuming I have created a single session in C1 that I will use to handle files cataloged in Lightroom. I can easily run a script from Lightroom that will open in the C1 session the folder where the selected files are stored. However, I do not necessarily want to handle all the files present in that folder and generate cache, thumbnails, etc. for all these files.
For example, I'd like to be able to assign a color tag to some of the files in the source folder and have only these files added to the C1 session without the companion files being created for all files but only for the color tagged files.
Is this possible?
Thanks in advance.

I did the following :
1. Added a filter based on the "C1" keyword to the C1 session.
2. Created the C1 keyword in Lightroom, applied it to the target files (those that I wanted to handle in C1) and made sure that it was exported to the XMP file.
3. Opened the C1 session against the folder where my files are stored.
Only the files having the "C1" keyword were displayed in the C1 browser and thumbnails were created only for these files. Which is OK.
Unfortunately, all other companion files were generated for all files in the folder.0
