    Best advice is to try a new browser... We have had a normal steady stream of Cases over the last few days, so it does appear to be working.

    Been trying for four days now.. keep getting error message. Tried Safari and Firefox same result, is there another browser which is ideal for a support case?

    Clear the private data from firefox (caches etc) and try again? It happens to me frequently and this works most of the time.

    Thanks.. tried emptying cache and still no luck. I'm guessing its something on their end... I'll try again tomorrow.
