Media annotations disappearing in Photoshop conversion.

Hi everybody,

I am a long time user of MediaPro and recently upgraded to SE. I've come across a problem that I'm not sure how to get around. I import my Canon Raw files into Adobe Bridge, do basic corrections and then export them as DNGs. I then import them into MediaPro and do all my annotations such as keywording, captioning etc before opening up the DNGs in Photoshop and converting them to Jpegs. So far there hasn't been a problem, but I just noticed that none of the annotations are appearing in the converted Jpegs. They seem to be getting either stripped somewhere, or not read at all when I open them up in Photoshop. Is there a default setting (such as writing metadata to sidecar files in MediaPro) that I'm missing here? How can I get the software to keep my keywords in the Jpegs I convert in Photoshop?

  In case anyone is interested I found the solution. It worked converting TIFFs and Jpegs, so for some reason was only affecting DNG files. I found that I didn't have the Update Embedded Metadata when possible check box ticked. After I ticked this the problem solved itself. Obviously not having that ticked meant that the annotations either weren't being written to the original file, or Photoshop was somehow unable to read them.
