Program keeps turning on by itself & DEVICE REMOVAL pops

I am unable to reach tech support. I get an error. Capture One keeps turning itself on and then every 30 sec I get a Device Removal pop up although I have not removed any devices. I cannot use my computer because this keeps happening. Whatever i am doing switches to Capture One and then Device Removal.

Any suggestions

  Sounds like your usb/fw ports are not working consistently. To disable Capture One from starting automatically open: Applications > Image Capture. The go to Preferences and select "No Application" after "When a camera is connected, open:"

  I downloaded the 4.1 version and that solved the problem. Thank you for your reply.
