    If you feel you have identified some bugs and wish to report them to Phase One you need to create some Support Cases to get them into the system.

    This forum is intended as a User to User information exchange that happens to be provided by Phase One. Sometimes Phase employees make posts and provide information but it is not intended that the forum offers a way to officially advise Phase of bugs.

    On the other hand if you are just sharing information or wondering whether anyone else has seen the same problems or has an explanation for them then this would be the correct place to ask the question.

    I offer this information because I suspect that you may not yet be totally aware that the separate processes exist.
