Activation Problem * Need help ASAP *
I am a licensed user of Capture One and have had it installed on my Desktop computer and my laptop since March when it was purchased from Calumet in Cambride Mass... Today I decided to rebuild both of these computers because they have both become sluggish.. The laptop was rebuilt first, and I ended up installing version 3.7 of Capture One
first on it not realizing that 3.7.1 was also available.. so I installed the latest version on it afterwards.. After I rebuilt my Desktop computer, When I installed Capture One 3.7.1 on my Desktop computer, when I try to activate the license I got an error that I exceeded my activations..
This is a MAJOR inconvenience for paying customers.. I paid alot of money for this software and when it was purchased In was told by a Capture One employee who did a seminar at Calumet that I was able to have it installed on my 2 machines. I can't possibly see how I have exceeded my activations.. Adobe is very strict about this and I had NO problem resintalling it on both of my machines today.
I have 2 Weddings this weekend and I have NO WAY to process the files on my Desktop computer which is my Studio's workhorse... I'm VERY surprised that Phase One has implemented what seems like unfair activation procedures within the company, especially seeing the price you charge for the software... I need this issue resolved as soon as possible..

See my post a few threads back with a title \"The two computer limit\" or something like that ... the Marketing VP responded with a link to where you should be able to get this cleared up quickly.

I tried creating one last night MANY TIMES.. and it just puts me in my user profile.. This is unbelievable what kind of support I'm getting for what I paid for this software... 0 -
This has failed because one of the Required Fields was left blank.
In this case, it was simply the STATE.
Required Fields are clearly indicated by a Red Arrow.
