leopard/photoshop cs 3 and capture One Pro

I have a mac pro/leopard, When I drag my pictures into Photoshop the white bal flares as does the eraser tool. Which means I cant use Capture One with my new computer. This happens with capture One Pro and the new capture one? Images brought from other camera works fine.
