Upgrade price

Hi, I was about to upgrade from 8 to 10 but can't find an upgrade price. Is that still available or is it full price for upgrade now. I have tried upgrading from the software and I am logged in, but all I see is the full price. Any help would be gratefully received. Cheers...Keith
