HELP CAPTUE ONE 6 WILL NOT PROCESS FILES

I cannot process out any raw files. It was working earlier and now it has stopped. I have no idea why and am up against a deadline. Please help?

  First aid: clean up the process history from the Batch tool tab, History tab.
  Second: check you have sufficient disk space and proper permissions on your output location.

  I had the same problem yesterday.
  I realized that I've desabled/removed the Batch tab from the Tool Tabs.
  I use to process an image by pressing Cmd-D. No luck if the Batch Tool Tab is not on the Workspace.
  Kind of strange, I consider this a bug.
  
  Right after I enabled again the Batch Tab everything was back to normal.

  I had same problrem today.
  I cannot output JPEG file from raw .
  
  so I have innstall 6.01 again....but also cannot output files anymore

  OK, you have the same problem, but have you tried to apply the remedies suggested earlier in this thread?

  I have tried "clean up the process history".
  DiskSpace is over 300Gbyte and ....
  
  I chaged permission on my output location, administrator ,staff and everyone can read/write.
  then everything was back to normal.

  Purged cache, clean history yes or not, if you have not the Batch tool tab displayed... you cannot process.
  That's a bug!

  I have tried "Clean history"
  But I don't now haw to "Pured chache"....
  
  So same problem appeared , and I cannot output JPEG files . 🤭

  Sorry, I misused the term "Cache". I've deleted teh jobs in queue and cleared History.
