DeMoirize filter CS4

I need a DeMoirize plug in for Photoshop CS4 as was available from older Capture One Pro software.
Is this available?
Using Moire within Capture One 4.8 is great if you see it prior to processing, however sometimes tired eyes miss evil moire until after processing, not to mention after much transforming & manipulation in Photoshop CS4 in which case it's a right nightmare to go back to re process the original RAW file, then have to re do all above, if you get my drift.

So, is it possible to have the DeMoirize filter back please, preferably for CS4 64bit??

  just copy the old *.8bf file in your plugin folder. don't know whether it runs on 64bit but on 32bit it does.

  Thanks for that - (64 bit doesn't recognise it.)

  hi,
  I can't get the filter to work... I'm on 10.5 OS X and CS4. I don't see a *.8bf file anywhere?
  I tried installing from the disk image of v 3.7 but although it installed fine I can't see it in PS at all.
  
  We also installed it on another computer on CS3 and it is visible but grayed out so you can't use it???
  Any solutions... please.
