Toolbar - Icon and Text not working

I'm using Capture One Pro (Sony) now because of my new Sony camera and Aperture will get no more upgrades so I tried the express version, bought the Pro and first I became aware of a glitch in the toolbar and searched in the forum here and voila:

I am trying to select icons and text on the toolbar but the text is never displayed with the icon...
Any suggestion?

And this is still the fact in the latest version 8.x! Why? Ok, I don't think it is a real killer feature, but it is real nice, if you are a newbie with the app and want to familiarize more quickly. So why don't change it, come on, after 2 major upgrades it should be no big deal and already done!

  I think its a Windows only option.

  Icon and text in toolbar still not working on a mac with version 9, come on folks thats lame! I know us mac users are way more intelligent than our pc equivalents (its a joke ok!) but even we need the odd prompt when learning new software 🙄
