Hot folder auto import : auto apply presets ?

Hi,

I'm trying to have C1's hot folders work as close as possible to Capture One's own tethering approach when using third party (including camera manufacturers') softwares to tether the camera. I have a few questions related to doing just that :

1)First, am I right when I say that only sessions, and not the catalog, automatically import new photos from the hot folder without bringing up the import window ?

2) One thing that I am crucially missing is the "copy from last" setting. Even if it is nowhere as practical, is there a way to automatically apply presets or styles to photos that are automatically imported in session mode ? When using the catalog, this isn't an issue as the import window appears, but in session mode, it doesn't, meaning that I can't apply presets to automatically imported photos.

  A1) Wrong. In CO 10 the catalog fully supports Hot Folder, meaning auto import of new images coming into that folder.
  
  A2) There is no way with using Hot Folder to auto apply settings like with Copy From Last with tethering.

  Thanks for the answer. I've now realised why C1 systematically brought up the import window in catalog mode, and it was a mistake on my part (Eos Utility wasn't set up properly).
  
  I knew that the copy from last setting didn't work with hot folder (too bad), and so even presets or styles can't be automatically applied ?
