Wishlist
After trying COP for a week and an intensive in depth training session to get up to speed I've made the switch! It's a fantastic program, very refined control of exposure and colours and the output function is unparalleled.
Here are a few things I thought would a great addition to the program.
- ability to publish images to external host (say for web galleries as seen in LR where 3rd party host can write plugins)
- ability to create a User Collection template (this should be easy to add and frankly don't see why it's not already in there given all the other features to streamline workflow)
- ability to turn on / off a tool (currently only reset)
- Opacity feature on a Layer adjustment
- Ability to edit mask in Layer adjustment, ie delete, feather, adjust opacity
- Add radial mask tool
- add token “Image Project name†(again everything else seems to be in there but this one would be very useful)
- a "lights out" feature as in LR / PS, ability to quickly view an image (or several images) against a black or white background for a lightbox view
- when selecting "edit with" or "open with" in a Smart Album, COP should simply go to the original image and execute the command
- a one command, assignable keyboard shortcut for before / after (currently it is 2 separate command or requires GUI interaction and keyboard command)
- search option in keyboard shortcuts
-auto hide browser , tools on Windows
-ability to add more colors in the basic color editor (currently 6, 8 would be great) I really miss the orange one.

Some good ideas!
Developers are not guaranteed to read this forum, though and you should submit feature requests (like bug reports) to Phase One officially through their feedback forum.
The better you describe how adding a feature will help a wide range of users, the higher the chances are that it will be adopted.0 -
