    You have to re-setup the output path of CO. The software doesn't know (any longer) where to put the output file.

    Thanks for your reply. After some deliberation and advice on another forum, I decided to do a complete uninstall of Version 6, which solved the problem. It had nothing to do with resetting the output path or changing the process recipe or anything like that. It appears that conflicts are possible between Version 6 & 7 which may result in unforeseen problems. The uninstall advice is available in Phase One's support documents.
