problem How to connect a P30 on a PC

Hello
I would like to know how to connect my digital back on my laptop DELL
each time i try to work connected i can do only one shoot and then threre is connection problem and I loose the picture i try every thing to restart capture one , the P30 , change all the set up on the Back to restart my laptop, connect to the sector or on battery..


Please Help me !!

  Be sure to have the most recent firmware installed in P30:

  Please review Knowledge Base article on XP and Drivers:
  http://support.phaseone.com/KB/Home/Sea ... nguageID=1
  
  Also, to tether to a laptop, you must set the P30 to use Battery for power, or use a Portable Solution.
