Color depth
HI,
Just a simple question: is it possible on Capture One to see the color depth value of a raw file?
My Phase One raw files are 16bit because I use an IQ3 60, If I use Nikon raw files are 14 bit. But I can't find where to see it.
If I go to metadata there is no info. If I go to recipes I only see the color depth I will convert my file according to my recipe.
May you help me?
Thank you in advance

Does the camera actually record that metadata?

I believe few image processing programs display all existing image metadata (EXIF, IPTC, XMP). Your best bet may be Phil Harvey's Exiftool (with or without the add on Exiftool GUI) . Exiftool correctly presents value 12 or 14 in the Exif field BitsPerSample for my .NEFs and the value 12 for my .ARWs.
I don't have any PO rawfiles to test and can not tell if Exiftool returns a value for BitsPerSample.0 -
I will try, thank you very much! 0
