Sharing catalogues?

Hi, new user of Capture One, and I have a question on the best way to share images and adjustments between two users, two computers. I have a NAS which can store the original files, and two Mac's each with a copy of Capture One. Both users want to work on images from the same shoot. Is it better to create a single catalogue on the NAS (I appreciate only one user can access that at the time but that's ok) or is there a better setup?
