    I have exactly the same issue despite Phase One saying it's a driver issue. I downloaded the recommended NVidia driver as linked from the support page - guess what same problem. Wake up Phase One and smell the coffee - this is only happening with local adjustment conversions.

    We're awake and we had our coffee and we've been waiting to further assist you in your support case since the 16th of November.
    This issue could certainly be due to a Graphic Card driver and OpenCL when processing, no one was incorrect or misled in suggesting this. The support case you have suggested you update the driver, which was done and we then had follow up questions to determine if the issue was related to the specific card/driver or the Capture One engine but sadly never heard back. ☹️

    This issue has been identified on several machines at several levels;
    -Insufficient Memory on the system
    -Insufficient Memory on the Graphic Card (turning off OpenCL solves this)
    -Software bug related to the application of the layer mask (only applicable to specific file types at specific sizes)

    The bug has been identified and addressed in the next release. Had the support case been followed up on we could have provided you with a Beta to get you going immediately 😉
