No display of psd files in browser

From the outset, C1 v.10 would display most (CS6) psd files saved with maximum compatibility, but not all. Sometimes saving with a different filename would do the trick...(?) Now it won't display any psd files except the ones with previously generated previews.

Anyone else having this issue? I've tried to see if this is a PS issue by turning compatibility on and off, trashing the prefs, even tried saving with CS5, all to no avail.

Using Win 8.1 if it matters.

  I suggest you create a case and send us one of the psd files that's giving you issues (either upload or via a weTransfer link).
