Wacom 6.35w3 driver issue

I've updated my wacom intuos 5 driver from 6.34-3 to 6.35w3.

Right clicking on the image area to bring up the brush size/hardness menu no longer works for me. The tool menu will popup when the pen is off the image to the side, but the right click menu has stopped working over the image. I think this is a wacom issue- reverting to v6.34-3 corrects this.

  Isn't this controlled by the Wacom Driver preferences?
  Hover Click vs Click Tap?
  
  I don't have an Intuous5 but the same 6.35w3 driver is installed for my Inutous3 and everything works just fine. I think the Click Tap would just be at odds with the "click" of the brush trying to "paint".

  I have both pen buttons on right click. It is set up for hover click. Hover over the tools area press button gives pop up tools menu. Hover over the image nothing happens. (take pen away use mouse right click gives brush menu as right click should).
  Use 6.34-3 hover pen right click works. Tried this twice, same results.
  
  I do have pen feedback disabled in windows to stop the rotating circle.
