Name of Output files if multiple format

I'm new user of C1 and come from Aperture.
1) A trick that I found curious for the outputs in various formats (e.g. a 80% JPEG and a web output) it seems not possible to name output files differently to distinguish them, while the process of output to generate two files in a single action. So output 2 files have the same name with "name 1" to the second.
Have I missed something? Or then need to launch two actions separately and therefore change the name of output between the 2 process but what loses interest of the thing...

2) in the same way, can we have two separate folders for the 2 output file formats ?

  Yes to both:
  
  1) You can use the Sub name output token for this. Remember to insert the token into the Output Naming Format.
  2) You can define a sub folder for each recipe.
  
  Both found under process recipe -> file

  Hi thank you for your quick answer. I found for the subfolder. But not for name.
  I don't understand what you mind with "Remember to insert the token into the Output Naming Format."
