Capture One Not Reading RAW images From Memory Card

I am new to Capture One Pro. My memory card is displaying all my files, MP4, JPEG, & RAW. When I try to import my files from my memory card into Capture One Pro, it only detects my MP4, and JPEG files.

My question is, how do I import RAW files ?

  Are you putting your memory card into a card reader? What camera (a supported one?) Are you using the right licence for Capture One (for instance not using a Sony version to try to import Nikon files?)

  I am putting the memory card directly into my Imac computer. My camera is a Panasonic Lumix G9.

  Have you checked view menu - global filters and ensure the Always hide RAW files is not selected

  I believe the issue is that the Lumix G9 is not yet supported by Capture One Pro.
