chamging a license from windows to mac

I am switching from windoze machines to Macs and wonder what is involved in changing my license to Mac . I have sent 4 e-mails through the C-1 site but no response .

  I don't know which version you are using today, but if it is the Capture One LE then please see this knowledge base article:
  
  If you are using the Capture One Pro or DB then The Product Key that is purchased to unlock the application is cross platform and therefore will work on both the Windows version and Mac version of the application.

  They react quite quickly
