Color Management settings must be thoroughly checked to be sure you are getting what you expect.

<> Check the ICC profile selected for Destination, Proof, Web Display
<> If using a color calibrated monitor, be sure that profile is selected in Capture One
<> When comparing image color to Photoshop, be sure you are using Proofing mode to do so. The default color for proofing in Photoshop is CMYK, and therefore you'd be comparing Apples-to-Oranges.
<> Check the setting of the Color Management Workflow at the Process tab.

Color = Taste and so does Garlic with cooking! 😉
Your images viewed on my monitor, the Capture One image looks the best with a much greater Dynamic Range.
If you desire softer images, then use the Soft sharpening setting at the Focus tab.
If you want a less saturated image, then use the Color Saturation slider tools available at the Exposure tab, or try sRGB rather than Adobe
Needless to say, all of the tools are within the software to get exactly one's desired color or Taste, the key is to figure out how to use these tools to get a final result you expect.

I agree with Keith, the right-most image looks best on my monitor and the DPP image looks really drab.

Can you put the detailed settings for C1 PRO & LE here ?

    OUPUT DESTINATION = ?
    WEB DESTINATION = ?
    MONITOR PROFILE = ?
    WINDOWS MONITOR PROFILE = ?

Maybe this might just help the problem in case the settings are done incorrectly. Can YOU please see to it if my settings on LE (PC) are correct?

Above is for C1 PRO settings w/c I will soon use when I get to purchase it. Kindly check on both settings please.

Although, w/ or without the correct settings the C1 LE canned profiles are just too saturated in almost all cases. Maybe the profile color editor will help besides the correct settings plus the use of a colorchecker chart. Can we use the mini-color checker chart to compare?

The windows monitor profile were created by my Gretagmacbeth monitor profiler.

In reference to the screen images above. You need to match the monitor profile to the Windows Profile. Right now it shows you are using a monitor profile of Adobe(1998) - this is wrong. Use the monitor profile created by your EyeOne. CO should provide a dialog on start up noting the mismatch and asking you if you want to change it. Select 'yes'

Your settings are completely off as far as I can see.
First of all remove the check mark in \"unlock monitor profile selection menu\"
Right now you have a missnmatch between photoshop and Capture One.
Use the Windows monitor profile instead. Adobe 1998 is a workspace and not a monitor profile.
You PRO screen shot indicate that you are working in a CMYK work flow.
I can not tell you what is right and wrong here but if you are working in a RGB workflow your output destination should be set to Adobe 1998 according to Phase One recommendation.
Proof destination does not exist in LE version when LE version can only handle one out put at the time while Pro can do 3.
Web destination is available when LE version has the Quick proof function.

Hope this help to some insight.

I got this figured-out already at the other forum..hmmm I got a late late reply on this one. Oh, with the correct settings used I still noticed same thing- the free camera profile is still far off in color. Anyway, thanks everyone !
