Watermark did not appear on images exported from C1

I watermarked a series of images (the watermarks can be seen on the images in the browser, both Tiffs and Camera Raw). However, when I exported the images as JPEGs, the watermarks no longer appeared on the images. I selected File > Export Images > Variants

  Use the Process option rather than Export.
