Digital lines When converting

Been using this program for a couple of months.
I have only just started to convert my edited Raw images, only to find 3-6 horizontal lines appear through my processed Tiff or Jpeg image.
Raw file is ok, but something is happening during processing?.
Occasionally 1 out of 20-30 images is ok?
Can anyone help?????

  I've got no idea. Type/model of camera? Do you use CO 4.0.1 (to be sure)?
