I think you need to switch this off in the Mac Image Capture app. Insert a card, or connect a phone, and in Image Capture you will see a drop down list near the bottom left that allows you to select what app (including none) opens when that camera, card, phone, etc is connected. Not the obvious place to look, I agree. What I find is that I have to use this to stop iPhoto opening when I connect something. I don't think you can change this without having the device in question inserted or connected at the time. You shouldn't have to keep doing it, but I suspect that sometimes it reverts to the unwanted behaviour when there is an OS X update.

    Thanks Ian,

The problem is I can't figure out where the Image Capture is in Yosemite, even when there's a device connected. The option in I-photo, which is similar, I switched out allredy. But I'm sure you're right in the way how to do it.

    Somebody have a suggestion ?

    Thanx

Go to Capture One "tab" - Preferences - General - deselect "open importer when mounting removable media"

And on top of that, in your OSX launchpad - other, open Image Capture and in the left bottom corner set to None (only visible when your device is connected).
