software will not launch
having used my C1pro 4 fine for the last 4 months it will now not launch!
No idea why it just will not start. It looks like it is going to start up and then
it just sends back a crash message and I must have sent 10 reports.. Any ideas?

In order of priority, I suggest to:
1. remove com.phaseone.captureone.plist from ~/Library/Preferences
2. remove *.col and *.col45 files from ~/Pictures/Capture One Library
3. remove Capture One.app from Applications folder and re-install0 -
I would add that problems like this often lie in corrupt batch file. You can delete the Batch queue folder from User Library>Application Support>Capture One 0 -
