    In order of priority, I suggest to:
    1. remove com.phaseone.captureone.plist from ~/Library/Preferences
    2. remove *.col and *.col45 files from ~/Pictures/Capture One Library
    3. remove Capture One.app from Applications folder and re-install

    I would add that problems like this often lie in corrupt batch file. You can delete the Batch queue folder from User Library>Application Support>Capture One
