Keyword user preset delete problem

I have a greyed out "Delete User Preset" in my keyword menu drop down. I want to delete some old keyword presets and can't find out a) how to do it another way, or b) why the option is not available (greyed out).

Is it because it is in use on one or more images? Surely not...
