Can't get batch processing to work in CO 4

Just upgraded to version 4, but I can't batch process photos. I have my recipe configured. I select multiple photos in the viewer and they all show up in multi-view, but they never show up in the batch queue for some reason? I hold down the shift key and hit process, but only the photo with the bold white frame around it processes? I've read the user manual and watched the tutorials and still can't figure out what I'm doing incorrectly. It is very frustrating and I would appreciate any help.

  Thanks for pointing me to the post. I thought when I switched off multiview that it was the correct switch, but clearly it wasn't. I did find the switch and it solved my processing problem. Thanks so much for the help. Have a great day.
