Can't open raw files

I set Raw Small on my Canon 1Ds Mk3 and Capture One Pro comes up with no image available when I try to open the capture folder, although I can see the images there - yet the files open OK in Capture One 4, also no prob's opening Raw Large in Pro.
Confused.

  sRAW from Canon 1D/1Ds mkIII is not supported in Capture One 3.7.8 (see release notes). Although it is officially not supported in CO4 as well, most users convert sRAW successfully in CO4.
