How can I enter a new license key?
I had a Capture One subscription a while ago that I let run out and this morning signed up again. Now when I launch the software I'm prompted with a popup:
"Your Capture One Subscription has been deactivated."
I have three options: Deactivate license, cancel, and retry. All three conveniently close the software completely and I'm unable to access the license menu of the software. How do I enter my new license key so I can use Capture One?

If I understand you right: fallmenu under Capture One > license. lars 0 -
Have you tried Deactivate? i.e. Deactivate C1 from the machine you are using. (The "Deactivated " message means it is not valid for your account on the Phase servers.)
Once the machine is no longer in possession of a previous but expired activation you should be able Activate with the new key that will have been issued to you. Or at least that is what I would expect.
Failing that log in to your account and deal with the deactivation and new activation on line would be my advice.
