Output Reciepes are missing

Hi! somehow I dont have any output reciepes. I also cant make any, cause my menu misses the plus sign. Did anyone has this problem before?? It worked, but somehow after some updates they are missing. Or are they somewhere burried in the deep tale of C1 menus?? 😊http://i42.tinypic.com/2805a1x.png

  Notice the double arrow to the right of the "Info" tab. This indicates that your screen rule is too small to display all the tabs in one section, click that double arrow to show the tabs and thus missing tools.
  Additionally you could do any one of the following to get the tools back;
  -Extend the Tool Menu to the Right.
  -Customize your workspace to include the necessary tools.
  -Add the necessary tools as "Floating tools"
  -Change the resolution on your screen
