... my problem is that I cannot login on the phaseone website.

I have registered my captureoneLE and have registered (twice) on the website. But the website registration doesnt seem to "stick".

This means I dont get info from phaseone by mail, and I cannot get in touch with them as you must login to send mail to their support folks (!)

I have tried twice to use the "I have lost my password"-thing, and I get the password, but when I use it to log in it treats me like a new user, makes me fill out all personal info, and then tells me "There is already a user with that email adress!

Please tell me that there is a solution
Phaseone support?

  Hi Ben-
  You forgot to activate your profile. As a result Phase One does not recognize you!!.
  Some people do not activate in fear of 3rd party emails and spam. You should know we would never give your email address or name out.
  
  I have activated you profile(s), you should be getting email from " no-reply" at Phaseone.com that will contain your password and pin number.

  I found that it was actually user error:
  I have two monitors, one of them I use for web browsing and I have it set at 800x600 resolution because I like the big type and that most ads to the right fall outside the screen.
  Unfortunately this made the "Log in"-button fall outside too, and I kept clicking "Sign in" instead. Silly me. I updated my profile and preferences and everything is OK now.
