Color Balance tool - Picking specific Color

Hello,

Under the color balance tool, is there a way to pick a specific color via RBG numbers or HexCode?

I need Shadow and Highlight to be the same color and find the free form choosing method inaccurate.

  No, however you could dial it in more easily via the Color Editor and creating a specific ICC profile.
