    David.

I experienced a similar problem (viewtopic.php?f=40&t=12798) and resolved it by re-installing Capture One.

Did you upgrade OS X? If so, was it after installing C1 6.4.4?

I don't think there was an incremental upgrade to Lion since I installed 6.4.4, It creates the web galleries fine for a while and then will not do it again. I will try and reinstall. It is causing me to have to work late tonight

Reinstalled and it is still hanging up. Of all the software programs I use, this is the most frustrating to work with.Every version after 3.x has had some sort of weird behavior or another that ends up costing me time. If I did not use a Phase One back, I am not sure I would keep using it.

It seems to have something to do with particular files, It will work but once in a while one folder of images will hang up, and keep causing C1 to crash. The images all open correctly in adobe bridge and view normally in C1 but something is causing these crashes when trying to create a gallery from a particular folder, I tried re installing and re importing the images.

WebGallery uses the preview that gets generated by C1 when it loads a folder (the .cop files) and so if one or more files are slow to generate or can generate a preview it will crash. If this happens before restarting delete the cache folder for the particular subfolder can solve it. Also having the subfolders as favorites means C1 wont try to redraw the previews each time you navigate to the folder. Atleast that is my understanding of what is going on.
