How do you change User Name?

I apologize in advance, as I couldn't figure out the appropriate place to post this. I'm still new to Capture One and the forum. Can someone please provide detailed instructions on how to change the default user name? Below are the old instructions from 2009, provided in the "Announcement" forum, but they no longer apply.

I tried clicking account settings, but it just refers me to phaseone.com, which is another maze. I clicked on "my pages" and clicked "edited profile", but there are no options regarding user name for the forum. Are we stuck with these long overwhelmingly numeric user names for the long haul?

    Go to the web site @ www.phaseone.com
    Click on MyPages
    Choose Registered Products
    Click Done (there may or may not be something there)
    This brings you to the Account profile menu, choose My Profile
    In My Profile click the Edit button
    This allows to change your forum name.

    As another person with this issue. Thank you.

    I eventually opened up a support ticket for this as their documentation sends you elsewhere. They wouldn't change it for me and eventually closed the ticket informing me.

    I am not surewhen we will have access to that function again. There is little I can do from my end, I hope that this doesnt cause too much of an issue for you.

    Thank you, HCS! Worked like a charm. How did you figure this out? How would ANYONE figure that out?
