Ratings not being continued to different formats

I recently completed an assignment and had about forty images that I assigned a 5 star rating. I then used the C1 Output tool to create large jpeg versions. But when I go to the resulting output folder the five star rating is missing and all the images are rated one star.

Have I not enabled something?
