Previews are changing with each capture

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on a problem we are having in Sydney. We are using Capture One version 5.1.2 build 38859.38842 and capturing with a 5D MarkII. When a new garment is laid on the table beneath the camera and we capture, the preview comes up ok, the shot is named and the next item is shot. When we shoot the next garment a previous preview comes up, not the current one! Why is this so?

  Are you moving the files and are the new files getting the same name as the previous?

  Thank you for your post. No we are not moving the files. We have just noticed that even when we are not renaming we still have this issue. Any ideas?
  
  Maybe its time to reinstall?

  I have seen this behavior when I've renamed a file and the next file comes in with the name of the previous file and C1 uses the cos and cop file of the previous file. I think it can be resolved right clicking the image (with Select tool active) and choosing regenerate preview.

  Thank you, we will try this. Also we suspect it might have something to do with Bridge being open at the same time. So we might try with Bridge being closed.
