How to sync metadata between Media Pro and Capture One

How to I sync the metadata between Media Pro and Capture One. I want to sync the keywords colour rating and star rating.

  I have seen a similar post recently with solution but could not find it yet.
  
  IIRC correctly, work in sessions, keywords and star rating can sync, color tags not. Maybe you have more luck in the Media Pro forum?

  Phase One confirmed a bug report for the Mac version of Capture One 7.1.4 I made a while ago. In short, once Capture One 7.1.4 has “seen†a file and its metadata, additional metadata added in Media Pro won’t sync with Capture One; CO will reset metadata to what it “saw†when first accessing a file.
  
  Phase One suggested I rolled back to 7.1.3, metadata sync works normally for me with this version, color tags included.
