Click the colour picker (eye dropper) to the right of the colour wheel in the advanced tab. Then click on the colour in the image you are editing. From there you can adjust the sliders.

Not working here either (CO 8.0.1 on OS X 10.10). This can happen on a not supported OS. I will contact Phase One to check whether they are aware of it for their next update.

    Thanks for reporting.

On my MBP 17" OS 10.10.1 CO 8.0.1 the Advanced Color Editor is working as expected.

Thanks Ario, maybe it is the 10.10.1 (beta I assume) that makes the difference. Software developing is like shooting a moving target...

On a second (and third, fourth) attempt, the Color Editor (all 3 tabs) now work fine. It seems to be an intermittent issue. Ughh.

I have just also checked my MBP 15" retina running 10.10 and the Color Editor is not working,

Michael15, please do create a support case. If it is Yosemite related, Phase One is interested to know as well due to their work in progress on an update.

I had this issue the other day too. But I am running the latest version of Mavericks with CO8. It is intermittent.
