Canon 20D Raw files not showing up
Just installed Capture One 7 today upgraded from ver 6.? Uploading images to C1 and the raw Canon 5d, Canon 60d and Canon 5d MkII show up fine but the raw images from Canon 20d don't show up?

I just re-opened C1 Ver 6 and the raw images from the Canon 20d downloaded and showed up no problem but C1 V7 won't read the Canon 20D raw files for some reason? 0 -
My cr2's from my old 20D are showing fine in C1 v7 64bit Windows. I'm using sessions. Are you using a catalogue or a session? 0 -
So I decided to open a "new session" and download the card containing the 20d raw files and med JPG files. When I open the importer the CR2 files show up just fine and then I click on "import" all. The importer runs real fast (not like usual) then nothing on the preview window. It does show files were filtered so I went into preferences and checked checked allow editing of jpg, tiff etc. but still says 'filtered'? Very frustrating! I really like all the new hdr/clarity stuff in Ver7 but for now anyway, for whatever reason I'm going to have to edit any 20d files in Ver. 6. 0 -

Are the files you are importing new to Capture One or have you worked on them in previous versions?
If they are from a previous session in an earlier version did you indicate that you want to import them anyway?

No the files were new the first time I downloaded them into Ver7. Since then I've tried 3 times re-downloading them into 7 and once into Ver 6. Ver6 is no problem. They still don't show up in Ver7 no matter what I know how to do?? All the other RAW files from other Canon cameras I own (so far) download the RAW CR2 files no problem. Baffelling! 0 -
I submitted a support request and have sent Canon 20d CR2 files to see if they can figure out what's going on. 0 -

Canon 20D files are just fine.
Checking in on the case the files the OP provided work just fine on our end so the issue is local to their system. Still under investigation.0
