System.IO.FileNotFoundException on starting
Hi.
I've just started getting a fatal error every time on starting CO10: it's reporting being unable to find P1.CrashReporter. This occurred immediately after uninstalling CO9.3 (because CO10 was working so well...).
I have a jpg of the Fatal Error window - would it help to upload that somehow?
Many thanks.

Have you tried simply re-installing V10 as a first option? 0 -
No: I'd thought of it but I decided to post here first in case it was a recognized problem with an obvious different solution.
I agree it's a good idea and I'll give it a go. Thanks for the response: it might well be that a file got deleted during the uninstallation (in which case I guess PO might like to know about it, too).0 -

That would be my thought too but then there may be some highly specific situation involving Windows as well.
Also I have seen crashreporter reported by virus checkers before now for reasons that were not clear. The messages would stop after a day or two of being ignored.
To advise Phase Supporters (and also see if there is known problem related to deleting 9.3) just login to your account and create Support Case.
HTH.

Yes, I had Bullguard antivirus trigger a false positive a week or two ago when I first installed CO10, but they advised me how to allow the necessary processes. 0
