What is a valid Session name?

I am trying to create Sessions from some existing folders on my hard drive. When I enter a Session name that is identical to the folder's name in the Location line, I get a message asking for a valid Session name.

What constitutes a valid session name? I must say that the documentation for C1-5 Pro in the User's Manual is very incomplete.

  If you post the name you try to enter, it's easier to help. It probably contains some special character.
